Jadavpur University Kolkata is public state university which located in Kolkata. This Jadavpur University was established in 1955, 24th December. The Indian government passed the legislation for the establishment of Jadavpur University.

Jadavpur University Admission Process
Under graduation admission Process:
- Admission process for the under graduation in the FET through Joint entrance exam conducted by the independent followed by counseling in West Bengal

- In science department, the application is based on the merit of entrance test which is conducted by departments
- In Arts department BA result admission conducted by the department admission
