How To Apply TNEA 2017 Online Application Form – ANNA University
TNEA 2017 Online Application The admission process of Anna University is managed by Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) by which more than 1.5 lakhs engineering candidates get themselves enrolled into Engineering Colleges of Tamil Nadu engineering admissions by single window counseling
As per the last edition of TNEA, the official declared to launch online application portal to fast up the application process and make it convenient to the applicants
TNEA online Application Form 2017 is accessible from May 1st, 2017, and they need to submit on or before May 31, 2017, after the dates the application will not be acceptable.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates who qualified 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 are eligible to apply, native candidates of Tamil Nadu also can apply if they eligible for above qualification. Moreover, they need to copy of a native certificate in electronic form or digitally signed e-certificate
- Children of all Indian service Tamil Nadu cadre officers and central government employees are also eligible to apply
Application Fee:
- 500/- for BC/ BCM/ MBC/ OC
- 250/- for ST/ SC
Instruction before filling the Form
- Read the information and Instructions to candidates before filling the form carefully
- Use a valid and functional email ID also a mobile number for registration
- Payment mode only through the Payment Gateway (credit card, debit card, net banking)
- Rather than the registration fee of Rs. 500/-, you need to pay additional bank charges
- After filling the form, you can either choose “Save and Preview “or “Save and Logout”. With “Save and Logout” option you can modify the filled application details.
Registration Guidelines and Filling Online Applying Process:
- The TNEA Application Form 2017 will be available at annauniv.edu from 1st May 2017
- Candidates need to register themselves with their personal information
- After Registration, Login to the Application Portal
- Enter all the academic and category information
- Select payment mode
- After payment, enter all your HSC mark details and submit it.
- Application number will be generated, preserve that application number for future use and this number will be printed on the Application Form.
- Take the print out of the application also send it to the address below

Require Documents for TNEA 2017 Online Application
Candidates must keep the photocopy of all these documents in handy also they must enclose along with an application form
- SSC mark sheet
- HSC or equivalent Mark sheet
- HSC Hall Ticket
- Transfer Certificate
- Permanent Community Certificate card for MBC, SC, ST, SCA, BC, BCM and DNC
Other Documents – only if Applicable:
- Srilankan Tamil Refugee Certificate
- Relevant certificate for children of Ex-Serviceman, different Abled individual, Freedom Fighter, as well as eminent sportspersons
- First graduation certificate also joint declaration only in digitally signed e- certificate / electronic form
- Nativity certificate only in digitally signed e- certificate / electronic form
Note: candidates must collect acknowledgment card after submitting the Application Form.
